2集めない情報
- 氏名、メールアドレスなどの個人を特定する情報
- 閲覧履歴、閲覧中の URL、ページの文章
- 利用状況の統計（アクセス解析ツールや広告は入っていません）
3顔の識別はしません
この拡張機能は「どこに顔があり、どんな表情か」を読み取るだけで、「誰の顔か」を判別することはありません。表情を読み取るために顔の各部の位置を一時的に計算しますが、その場で表情の数値にまとめて破棄し、顔の特徴データ（生体情報）として保存したり送信したりすることはありません。
4外部との通信
拡張機能が、開発者や第三者のサーバーにデータを送ることはありません。顔検出と表情読み取りのモデル、プログラム、絵文字の画像はすべて拡張機能に同梱されており、インターネットから追加で読み込むこともありません。
ページの画像を解析するとき、ブラウザがページの表示と同じように、その画像の URL を読み込み直すことがあります（多くの場合はブラウザのキャッシュから読み込まれます）。この通信は画像を表示しているサイトに対するもので、開発者には届きません。
5第三者への提供
情報を販売したり、第三者に提供したりすることはありません。Chrome ウェブストアのユーザーデータに関するポリシー（Limited Use の要件を含む）に従います。

EmoVeil finds faces in images and videos on the web pages you open and replaces them with cartoon or emoji faces that follow the person's expression, or blurs them. All detection and expression reading runs locally inside the extension on your computer.
- Page images and video frames are read only to locate faces and read expressions, processed in memory, and discarded. They are never stored or transmitted.
- Face positions and expression values (blinks, mouth opening, smile, head tilt, etc.) are kept in memory only while the page is open, to draw the replacement face.
- To read expressions the positions of facial features are computed briefly, reduced to expression values on the spot, and discarded. No biometric templates are created or stored, and the extension never identifies who a person is.
- Your settings are stored with chrome.storage.sync and, if Chrome sync is on, synced through your Google account. Tab pause state is kept in chrome.storage.session until the browser closes. The developer cannot access either.
- No personal information, browsing history, URLs or usage analytics are collected. No ads or third-party analytics.
- No data is sent to the developer or any third party. Models, code and emoji images are bundled; nothing is loaded remotely. To analyze an image, the browser may re-request that image's URL from the site that shows it, usually from cache.
- Data is never sold or transferred. The use of information complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
